Privacy Policy

What information o-o.NAME needs, when service providers receive it, and the controls available to you.

Effective:

1. Information we collect

  • Account and profile information, such as name, email, language, verification details, and space permissions.
  • Book content and assets you choose to provide, including prompts, drafts, images, recordings, narration settings, and generated results.
  • Purchase and credit records. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by o-o.NAME.
  • Device, security, diagnostic, and limited usage data needed to protect accounts and operate the service.

2. How we use information

  • Provide KnowME and Kids book-creation, editing, narration, export, and sharing features.
  • Authenticate users, approve devices, enforce permissions, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Process purchases when enabled, record credit usage, communicate service notices, and respond to support requests.
  • Measure reliability and improve the product using appropriately limited or aggregated data.

3. AI and service providers

When you request a feature, the necessary input may be sent to contracted providers for text, image, audio, voice, hosting, storage, email, authentication, analytics, or payment processing. Providers are used only for defined service purposes and may change as the product evolves.

  • Do not include information you are not authorized to share.
  • Voice creation requires a separate consent and verification flow.
  • We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Private drafts and public sharing

Book drafts are private by default. If you enable a public link or an access code, the information and book content available through that route can be viewed by people who receive it. Disable sharing when you no longer want the route to work.

5. Children and family content

Kids is a creation experience for adults. It is not intended for children to create accounts independently. Avoid entering unnecessary identifying information about a child, and obtain appropriate permission for a child's image, voice, story, or other personal information.

6. Analytics and campaign measurement

Reader and campaign measurement is designed to be aggregated or pseudonymous. Product reports do not display reader identities or raw IP addresses. Access links and QR variants may carry campaign attribution so creators and sponsors can compare performance.

7. Retention

We keep account and book data while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. Retention periods differ by data type and provider. Deleting a book or account starts the applicable deletion process, subject to backups and records we must retain.

8. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected secrets, device authorization, and monitoring designed to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us immediately if you believe your account or a shared link has been compromised.

9. Your choices and requests

  • Access, correct, export, or delete eligible account information.
  • Disable a sharing route and manage authorized devices.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
  • Submit a verified privacy request where local law provides that right.

10. International processing and changes

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use safeguards appropriate to the transfer. We may update this policy as the product, providers, or law changes and will present material changes through a reasonable channel.
